These terms apply when you submit an inquiry or tour request on our website or otherwise give us your contact information, and we communicate with you by email, phone, or text message.

• What we send. We may contact you about your inquiry, tour scheduling and reminders, enrollment information, school updates and events, and other information you have requested from us. We will use the contact information you provide and honor your preferred contact method where we can.
• Who may sign up. You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, legal guardian, or other adult with authority to provide the contact information you give us. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will tell us if it changes.
• Consent is optional. Consent to receive marketing emails, calls, or text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.
• Enrolled families. If your child is enrolled, we may contact you by any of these methods about matters related to their enrollment, health, and safety, such as closures, emergencies, and billing, even if you have opted out of marketing communications.

• By providing your email address, you agree to receive emails from us about your inquiry, tours, enrollment, school updates, and events.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing contact@abcmontessorijf.com. Please allow up to 10 business days for the change to take effect.

• By providing your phone number, you agree that we may call you about your inquiry, a tour, or enrollment.
• If you would prefer not to receive calls, tell us during a call or contact us, and we will update your preferences.

• Program description. When you opt in, for example by checking the text-message consent box on an inquiry or tour request form on our website, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include responses to your inquiry, tour scheduling and reminders, enrollment information, school updates and events, and other information you have requested.
• Account holder. You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.
• How to opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After you send "STOP," we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through our website.

• Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. • Carriers. Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are also not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties for their marketing purposes.
